I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Baked Rice Pilaf

Baked Rice Pilaf

2 Tbs. Butter
1/4 C Onion, chopped
1 C Rice
2 C Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp. salt
Parsley, chopped

Combine all ingredients in buttered casserole dish. Cover and bake one hour
at 350F. Sprinkle with parsley.

Variation: Add 1/2 c. sautéed mushrooms
