Puerto Rican Rice

Ingredients and directions for this recipe
2 c White rice
1 lg Can of tomato sauce
1/2 c Diced ham
1 ts Paprika
2 tb Sofrito
1 c Peas
1 ts Oregano
3 tb Capers
1 1/2 c Water
In a skillet fry dry rice with ham; add sofrito, oregano, tomato
sauce, paprika and water. Cover and let simmer until rice is almost
tender. Add peas and capers. Heat another 5 minutes and serve.
