TOMATO JAM
12 ripe tomatoes
2 1/2 c. white sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
Peel tomatoes. Boil tomatoes with sugar for 1 hour. Add vinegar, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Boil together until thick enough for jam. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
