Notes

I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Wyoming Scramble

Wyoming Scramble
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 can mushrooms stems and pieces
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
8 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper

In a 10 inch skillet cook the ham, mushrooms and onion in the butter until
tender but not brown. In a large bowl beat together the eggs, milk, salt and
pepper. Pour the mixture in too the skillet with the ham and vegetables and
cook with out stirring until the mixture begins to set at the bottom and
around the edges. With a spatula lift the cooked portion up so the uncooked
portion runs under the eggs. Cook for about 4 minutes or until the eggs are
cooked.

Serves 4.
