Strawberry Filled Pancakes
Filling:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup softened cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup strawberry jam
Your own pancake batter
Make pancakes. Keep pancakes warm with waxed paper between layers on a
cookie sheet in a 200 degree oven. Mix all filling ingredients in
medium bowl with electric mixer. Spread 1 T. filling on each pancake
and fold over. Place 3 filled pancakes on each plate, sprinkle with
powdered sugar and top with fresh strawberries.
