Easy Crockpot Chili
2 cans (15-1/2 oz. each) red kidney beans, drained
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes, cut up
1 cup each chopped celery, chopped onion
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can (4 oz.) green chili peppers, drained and chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. each salt; dried, crushed marjoram
dash pepper
1 lb. ground beef (favorite variety)
Directions: In a skillet, brown ground beef and drain. In crockpot combine all ingredients. Cover, and cook on Low heat setting 8 - 10 hours. Remove bay leaf and stir before serving.
Makes 8-10 servings.
