Christmas Blossom
2 cups fresh or frozen peach slices
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vodka
3 Tbs. peach schnapps
Ice cubes
Garnish: fresh mint sprigs
Process first 4 ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice cubes to mixture in blender to 5-cup level; process until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish, if desired. Serve immediately. Yield: 4-1/4 cups.
