Classic Meat Loaf with Onions

Classic Meat Loaf with Onions

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup steak sauce, divided

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except 2 tablespoons of the steak sauce.
Shape mixture in pan. Pour remaining steak sauce over top, spreading evenly with knife or back of spoon.

Bake 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

4 to 6 servings
