I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Warm Peanut-Caramel Dip

Warm Peanut-Caramel Dip


1/4 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
2 tablespoons fat free caramel topping
2 tablespoons fat free skim milk
1 large apple thinly sliced
4 large pretzel rods broken in half

Combine peanut butter, caramel topping and milk in small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is melted and warm. Serve did with apple and the pretzel rods.
