Buttermilk Pie
3 C Sugar
6 T Flour
6 Eggs
1 C Buttermilk
2 Sticks of butter, melted
2 t Vanilla extract
2 Unbaked pie shells
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie
shells. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°F. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 45 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
