CONFETTI PEA SALAD
2 hard cooked eggs diced
2 ounce jar pimentos drained and diced
1 cup cheddar cheese diced
1/4 cup green onions diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon ground mustard
20 ounce package frozen peas
1 cup celery diced2 hard cooked eggs diced

Combine mayonnaise and seasonings.
Combine remaining ingredients and
toss with mayonnaise mixture. Cover
and refrigerate until well chilled.
