Hole In The Wall's Four Fabulous

Hamburgers

Ingredients:

Jack Daniel's Burger

2 lbs. hamburger
 6 oz. Jack Daniel's Sauce
 1 tsp. salt
 1 tsp. black pepper

Jack Daniel's Sauce

2 oz. apple cider vinegar
 2 oz. water
 8 oz. tomato sauce
 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
 1 Tbsp. relish
 2 tsp. black pepper
 2 tsp. salt
 1/2 yellow onion, diced

Ortega Burger

2 lbs. hamburger
 1 jalapeño, diced
 2 Tbsp. garlic
 1 tsp. salt
 1 tsp. black pepper
 1 Tbsp. cumin
 1 Tbsp. chili powder
 1/2 tsp. oregano
 3 dashes Worchester sauce

Red Wine Hamburger

2 lbs. hamburger
 4 oz. red wine
 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
 2 Tbsp. garlic
 1 Tbsp. cumin
 2 Tbsp. chili powder
 1/2 tsp. oregano
 1 tsp. salt
 1 tsp. black pepper
 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
 1 beef bullion cube
 1/2 yellow onion, diced

Feta Burger

2 lbs. hamburger
 12 oz. feta cheese crumbles
 4 oz. Thai sweet chili sauce
 1 tsp. oregano
 1 tsp. salt
 1 tsp. black pepper
 2 Tbsp. garlic

Instructions:

Hamburgers

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours prior to cooking. Grill
to taste.

Sauce

Add all ingredients, simmer 30 minutes and cool.
