I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Impossible Quesadilla Pie

Impossible Quesadilla Pie 

2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies, drained
4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs


 Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Sprinkle chilies and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream and guacamole if desired.
