I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Creepy Crawly Gelatin


Creepy Crawly Gelatin

Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 2 hr 40 min
Makes: 8 servings

1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 package (8-serving size) JELL-O Brand Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 cup worm-shaped chewy fruit snacks

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 minutes
until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cold water.
POUR into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 1/2
hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite
impression).
REMOVE a few of the fruit snacks for garnish. Press remaining fruit
snacks into gelatin. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Unmold. Top with
reserved fruit snacks just before serving. Store leftover gelatin in
refrigerator.

Substitute
Prepare as directed, using 2 packages (4-serving size each) JELL-O Brand
Orange Flavor Gelatin.
How To Unmold Gelatin
Dip mold in warm water for 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around
edge with moistened fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of
mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake
slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.
