I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Baked Pineapple Bread Pudding

Serving Size : 8

3/4 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
5 slices bread -- cubed
4 eggs -- beaten
1 can (1 lb.) crushed pineapple (undrained) or t

Cream sugar and margarine, add beaten eggs and beat well. Add pineapple, fold in bread cubes.

Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, or deep pie plate, uncovered, 45 minutes to one hour at 350 degrees.

Serves 8.
