I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Cheddar-Baked Zucchini & Ham

Cheddar-Baked Zucchini & Ham
This is a very nice casserole. It has good flavor and is easy to make. I needed to bake this about 45 minutes to get the zucchini done.

3 medium sliced zucchini or 2 packages (10 ounce -- size) zucchini, defrosted
3 ounces diced extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, broken up
1 can (16 oz. size) chopped tomatoes
1 pound cubed ham (or turkey ham)
3 tablespoons Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

Put a layer of zucchini in the bottom of a casserole or baking dish. Add layers of cheese, tomatoes, and ham. Continue layering zucchini, cheese, tomatoes, and ham. Sprinkle top with crumbs. Bake 350°F. 20-30 minutes or until tender, brown and bubbly.
