Pioneer Honey Candy
2 cups honey
1 cup sugar
1 cup cream
Combine ingredients in heavy saucepan and cook on medium flame to hard ball stage.
Pour into buttered platter.
When cool enough to handle, butter hands and pull to a golden color about 1 inch in diameter.
With kitchen shears cut into 1 inch pieces.
