I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Corn Pudding (cleeb)

Serving Size : 1

2 cans whole kernel corn -- drained
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs beaten
2 tablespoons butter -- melted
1 1/2 cup milk

Combine corn, sugar, flour, salt and pepper. Stir in eggs and butter. Add milk, mix well. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, or until light brown on top and set.
