I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Angry Shrimp and Shells

Angry Shrimp and Shells

1 pound medium pasta shells
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 pound small (51- to 60-count) shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (1 lb 10 oz) jar spaghetti sauce

Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add red pepper flakes and shrimp. Cook and stir until shrimp starts to turn pink, about 2 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp is opaque and firm and sauce is heated through, about 4 minutes. Stir cooked and drained pasta into
sauce and stir to combine.
Serves 4 - 6
