I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Shrimp And Tuna Rice Salad

Shrimp And Tuna Rice Salad

8 ounces cooked shrimp
1 can tuna, drained, (7oz)
3 cups cooked rice, cooled
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet pickles
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup diced pimentos
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
salad greens and tomato wedges, for garnish

Combine all ingredients and toss lightly.

Season to taste.

Chill.

Serve on salad greens and garnish with tomato wedges
