Fantastic Fried Corn
2 16-oz. pkgs. frozen whole kernel corn
1 stick
butter (not margarine)
1 c.
whipping cream
1 Tbsp.
sugar
1 t. salt
Place corn in a large skillet; turn on medium heat.
Add the butter, whipping cream, sugar and salt.
Stirring constantly, heat until most of the
whipping cream and butter is absorbed into the corn.
