MAPLE GLAZED CARROTS

8 medium carrots
3 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
Slice carrots. Cook until tender. Melt butter. Add maple syrup and brown sugar. Simmer carrots in maple syrup mixture until glazed. (Try this on pork chops!)
Serves 4 to 6.
