I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Cajun Coleslaw

 Cajun Coleslaw

Makes 10 servings

2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/4 cup prepared hot mustard
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
10 cups shredded green cabbage

In a bowl, blend together all of the ingredients except the cabbage.

Mix the dressing with the cabbage until all the cabbage is evenly coated with the dressing.

Refrigerate briefly before serving.
