Special Spinach Salad Recipe
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbls. balsamic vinegar
2tsp. wine vinegar( any)
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
2tbls. chopped fresh sweet basil
1/3 cup feta cheese
while you whisk. salt and pepper to taste.toss salad with dressing .
add pine nuts and feta all over salad
1 bag fresh spinach
1can mandarin oranges1 pt. fresh strawberries
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

In large bowl add spinach and
strawberries .drain oranges save
juice.add both vinegars to juice with
garlic and basil.slowly add oilwhile you whisk. salt and pepper to taste.toss salad with dressing .
add pine nuts and feta all over salad
