Fudge Cake
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. vinegar
1/3 c. hot water
1/2 c. cocoa powder
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min.
