Banana Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
2 large ripe bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
Whipped cream
Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Mash the bananas with the baking soda and stir into the cake batter. Pour batter into greased and floured 13X9 pan. DO NOT preheat oven. Place unbaked
cake in oven and turn oven on to 350. Bake for 1 hour. Let cake cool thoroughly and then refrigerate. Frost with whipped cream or dust with powdered sugar.
