I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Iced Lemongrass Tea

Iced Lemongrass Tea

1 stephen ceideburg
1/4 cup chopped fresh lemongrass tops or
2 tablespoon dried flakes
4 cup boiling water
1 sugar to taste

Preheat teapot with boiling water; discard water. Add lemongrass and boiling water, steep 8 to 10 minutes; strain. Allow to cool, sweeten to taste, and serve in tall glasses with ice.
