I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Best Ever Pasta

Best Ever Pasta

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 jar (28 ounces) Prego Pasta Sauce with Fresh Mushrooms
1-1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
5 cups hot cooked medium tube-shaped pasta (3 cups uncooked)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Procedure

In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook ground beef & onions until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat.
Pour off fat.
Stir in Pasta sauce, 1 Cup of Mozzarella cheese & pasta.
Spoon into a 3-quart shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 30 minutes.
