I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Corn Casserole

Corn Casserole

Ingredients1 can of creamed corn1 can of whole corn, drained1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix3 eggs1 stick of melted butter1 small onion, chopped1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)

DirectionsPreheat over to 350. Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
