I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Lean Steak and Mushroom Salad

Lean Steak and Mushroom Salad (Serves 4)
4 tbsp. Filippo Berlo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tbsp. White wine vinegar
6 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 tsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 oz. Boneless sirloin steak (2" thick), well trimmed
2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash Steak Grilling or Original Seasoning Blend
8 oz. Fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1/2 cup Green onions, sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 head Bibb lettuce
Directions:
1. Whisk together Filippo Berlo Olive Oil, white wine vinegar, dijon mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, set aside.
2. Season both sides of steak with Mrs. Dash. Cook steak on preheated grill until medium rare or desired doneness is reached, about 4-5 minutes per side. Slice into 1/4 inch thick slices.
3. Place mushrooms, green onions and fresh parsley in large bowl.
4. Add steak to mushroom mixture and toss with dressing. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve over lettuce immediately.
