Applesauce Cookies
Cream together
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup Sugar.
1 egg.
Sift together
1 3/4 cup flour,
1/2 tsp baking powder,
1 tsp baking soda,
1/2 tsp salt,
1 tsp cinnamon,
1/2 tsp clove,
1/2 tsp nutmeg,
add to creamed mixture,
1/2 cup raisins,
1 cup quick oatmeal
1 cup applesauce.
Bake at 350°, for 8 to 12 minutes.
