Western Carolina Style
1 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar -- firm packed
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup onion -- minced
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Place all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer 30 min.,or until slightly thickened. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
