I think the notes people include in their recipes make them more personal. If I write a note myself about a recipe, it will always be written in purple.

Oley's Simple Corned Beef Hash

Oley's Simple Corned Beef Hash
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

24 oz Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien (one bag)
1 can Corned beef, chopped
2 TB Bacon fat or grease
1 md Onion, chopped

Melt the bacon grease in a large skillet. Add the potatoes and onion.
When slightly browned, add the corned beef. Continue cooking, covered, until golden brown.
