Quick And Easy Beef Roast And Gravy (crockpot)
1 cup bits and pieces mushrooms
1 can Campbell's® golden cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton® onion soup mix, dry
4 - 5 lb. lean beef roast
Directions:
Place mushroom pieces, mushroom soup and dry soup mix in crockpot and stir to mix well. Add beef roast. Do not add any liquid. Cover and set control on Low. Cook overnight or 8 - 10 hours.
